2020 and January 2021 Update
At Revive Washing, we normally take this time to reflect on, not just the past month, but the past year.
2020 was full of ups and downs, as is the case for everyone, whether directly affected by Covid-19 or not. Despite the pandemic, we were able to service hundreds of happy clients this past year and also were able to grow our business.
Here is a compilation of some highlights throughout the year:
Production Manager Update
A big part of the growth of Revive Washing in 2020 was largely thanks to our Production Manager, Steve S.
Steve joined our team in 2019 and continued to exemplify his leadership and customer service since then. He took on the Production Manager role in 2020.
Steve manages all the crews at Revive and ensures all the equipment and technicians are kept safe.
Steve played a key role to helping us almost tripling our Christmas light installation service in November and December 2020.
January 2021 Update
January is one of our slowest months of the year, although we continue to do gutter cleaning for our clients. Typically we begin our power washing and house washing season in March.
This gives us an opportunity to focus and plan out our year.
Review of the Month
I am so pleased that I chose Revive to clean our gutters! Requesting to get a quote and then the work getting done was seamless. Blair came to do our gutters, he was very kind and did a great job!! Will definitely be calling Revive to come and do some power washing etc. in the spring:)
Our Recent Award – ThreeBestRated.ca
We are pleased to announce that this month we received the Best Business of 2021 Certificate of Excellence award from ThreeBestRated. We would like to thank all our loyal clients for trusting us with their window washing and house washing projects this past year.
Christmas Lights Update
As February comes around, we completed our Christmas light take-downs. We dry and store the lights in our climate-controlled storage facility in South Surrey. For next year’s installations, we will be ready to go with all our custom-cut strands ready for installation.
Collecting Reviews on NiceJob
We began to use NiceJob recently and it’s been easier than ever for our clients to leave reviews. They can choose any of our review channels and we can easily track the number of reviews we receive on each platform. If you would like to leave us a review, click here.
Jobber Makes Our Lives Easier
As always, we continue to keep our company organized by the use of Jobber. Our Office Manager, David C., can attest to the ease of sending quotes, booking jobs, and scheduling our crews.
